We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Because every order ships from a warehouse in your region, there is no customs wait. So, most packages arrive fast and with full tracking.

Where peptide shipping is available

We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders for the US, Canada and Australia leave from our warehouse in that country. Also, New Zealand orders ship from our Australia warehouse.

Processing time

Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours after we confirm payment. However, orders placed on weekends or holidays go out on the next business day.

Peptide shipping delivery time

Once the carrier has your package, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Since each order ships inside your own region, there is no customs step.

Peptide shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada and Australia. Also, there is no minimum order amount. Orders to New Zealand carry a flat fee of $29, which you see at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every peptide shipping order includes tracking. Then, we email your tracking number as soon as the carrier picks up the package. You can follow it on the carrier site, such as USPS in the US.

Returns

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on peptide shipping orders. These are research compounds, and a vial cannot go back on sale once it leaves our warehouse. So, all sales are final. However, damaged, wrong or short orders are a different matter, as you can see below.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. Also, photos of the box, label and contents help us fix it faster. Then, we replace the items or refund you.
